- Providing outsourced IT support to enterprise and global clients
- Managing Level 2 user requests, troubleshooting and problem analysis
- Resolving hardware, software and access issues for end users
- Handling RDP, Active Directory, user and group administration
- Working with Windows installations, basic VMware configs and application deployment
- Supporting switch operations, DNS, DHCP and VPN configurations
- Using Veeam Backup & Replication and Acronis True Image
- Tracking IT assets, device assignments and hardware lifecycle processes
